4. Shipping & Charges

Self-Shipping: If reverse pick-up service is not available at your location, you are required to self-ship the product to our office address.

Charges: Return or exchange charges may be applicable on a case-to-case basis.
5. Mandatory Conditions for Return/Exchange To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Condition: Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.

Timeline: Requests must be raised within the return period mentioned on the product page. Late requests will be rejected.
