Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.

  • After Shipping: Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed through our website.

2. Exchange Policy

  • 3-Day Window: We offer an easy exchange policy within 3 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Exchange is available only on selected products. Please refer to the specific product page to confirm eligibility.

3. Return Policy (Strictly for Defects)

  • Damaged or Wrong Items Only: Returns are accepted only if you have received a damaged product or an incorrect item.

  • Non-Returnable Issues: We do not accept returns for fitting issues, minor color variations, or print/design differences, as these may vary slightly between models.

4. Shipping & Charges

  • Self-Shipping: If reverse pick-up service is not available at your location, you are required to self-ship the product to our office address.

  • Charges: Return or exchange charges may be applicable on a case-to-case basis.

5. Mandatory Conditions for Return/Exchange To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Condition: Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

  • Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.

  • Timeline: Requests must be raised within the return period mentioned on the product page. Late requests will be rejected.

  • Exceptions: Customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
